Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkAIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
